EVENT PRICING
Event pricing includes one photographer and standard equipment (cameras/lens). If an overnight stay is required the hotel will be provided at client's expense.
A surcharge may be implemented for additional equipment, example; studio lights and backdrops and if an assistant and/or model is also required. This will be determined at time of booking.
If the event photos are to be used for web or paper marketing and needs to be edited into another image, compositing services are available as well as printing. Please contact us for more details and pricing.
PRICING:
- Per 8 Hour Day: $2000.00
- Per half day: $1,100.00
- Per hour: $280.00
TERMS:
- A 25% deposit is required at time of booking. Deposits vary based on requirement.
- Payment due in full upon completion of shoot.
- Payment can be made by e-transfer, cash or cheque.
- Pricing includes travel where travel is deemed a reasonable distance from studio location otherwise a travel surcharge will be added.
- Clean, high resolution jpg's in RGB format are provided (unless otherwise specified). Prints extra.
- Number of digital images included vary. To be discussed at time of session booking.
