All images taken during the event are included in the pricing. Photo enhancing/cleaning (if required) may incur additional charges depending on the requirement and turnaround time of the required images.
A surcharge may be implemented for additional equipment, example; studio lights and backdrops and if an assistant and/or model is also required. This will be determined at time of booking.
If the event photos are to be used for web or paper marketing and require editing or re-sampling, extra charges may apply.
ON-LOCATION DANCE/CLASS PHOTOGRAPHY
Available for class photos where images are sold to parents on an "as required" basis. Please email or call for details.
PRICING INCLUDES ALL PHOTOS TAKEN DURING EVENT:
- Per 8 hour Day: $1800.00
- Per 4 hour day: $900.00
- Per hour: $230.00
- A 15% deposit is required at time of booking.
- Package includes 1 photographer and cameras
- Additional charge will be applied if an assistant and /or model is required.
- Additional charge will be applied if backdrop(s) are required.
- Payment due in full upon completion of photo shoot.
- Payment can be made by e-transfer, cash or business cheque.
- Client is responsible for any required permits.
- Client is responsible for hotel costs if overnight stay is required.
- Pricing includes travel where travel is deemed a reasonable distance from studio location otherwise a travel surcharge will be added based on time/distance from studio location.
- High resolution jpg's in RGB format are provided (unless otherwise specified).
- Additional charges apply If enhanced images are required.
- Package includes all digital "quality images" taken during session in high resolution jpg format.

deposit is required at time of session booking. Payment can be made by e-transfer, cash or BUSINESS cheque. Deposits very depending on package selection. Appointments cancelled with 24 hours notice can be rescheduled at no additional charge or penalty. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of deposit.
